Exhibitor Service Kit
The ASHHRA Exhibitor Service Kit, provided by our show decorator, EXPO Group, is anticipated to be available by February 2025.
Please be aware that booth space reservations do not include furniture; they solely cover the designated space. Upon arrival, exhibitors will find a concrete floor, 8 ft back drape, and 3 ft side drape. The only requisite is floor covering for your designated space.
Exhibitors have the option to ship and bring items themselves, hand-carry items into the hall, or rent furniture and services from EXPO Group
